You can make gelato at your home by following these steps.

1. Get ready to prepare your ingredients. A cup of sugar, some milk, four eggs yolks lightly beaten, and flavoring is all you will need. 2. Melt one-quarter cup sugar. Stir it only when it begins to melt. To meet all the sugar, stir continuously. Before you move on to the next step, cool the pan by placing it in a bowl of ice.

3. Mix the milk with the melted sugar. Add the flavoring. It all depends on your preference. You can use cocoa powder or small pieces of bittersweet chocolate. Other flavors such as cheese, vanilla, and strawberry can be used. Combine the mixture with the chocolate.

4. Use an electric mixer to mix the yolks with 3/4 cup sugar. When the mixture is smooth and thickened, you can add this mixture to your first mix with a whisk.

5. The mixture can be cooked for 10 minutes on a candy thermometer. It should not boil. Stirring for approximately 4 minutes. Turn off the heat after stirring for about 4 minutes.
